Job summary

Vaco is seeking an Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable Analyst in San Diego, onsite, to support a growing real estate portfolio. You will manage full-cycle AP/AR, process 50–60 invoices weekly, and monitor payments while coordinating with property management.

You will use Yardi Voyager (7/8) experience to maintain records, assist reconciliations, and help transition outsourced functions. A proactive, detail-oriented communicator will thrive.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 3+ years of AP/AR experience within commercial real estate.
• 2+ years of Yardi Voyager (7 or 8) experience.
• Experience handling high-volume invoice processing.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Effective communication skills and ability to work independently.
