Insight Global is seeking an AP/AR Specialist for a leading engineering and construction-focused client. This role focuses on processing a large volume of purchase orders while supporting accounts payable and accounts receivable functions in a fully remote setting.

The ideal candidate has an accounting background, experience with multiple systems, and strong attention to detail. The position offers an efficient interview process and can start as soon as the 27th.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of AP/AR experience.
• Accounting background is required.
• Experience processing purchase orders (POs).
• Comfort with multiple computer systems and platforms.
• Ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment.
• Open to new graduates with accounting experience/education.
• Experience handling high-volume PO processing.
• Experience working remotely.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

The ideal candidate will have an accounting background, experience working with multiple systems, and strong attention to detail. This is a fully remote opportunity with a streamlined interview process and the potential to start as soon as the 27th.
