Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Accounting or related field; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum of two years in accounting, including AP/AR.
• Proficient in Excel and ERP software; strong numeric and analytical skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality of financial information.

Responsibilities

• Process accounts payable accurately and timely.
• Process accounts receivable and apply payments from various channels.
• Support month-end close, reconciliations, and journal entries.
• Maintain vendor and customer records, including W-9s and payment terms.
• Assist with audits and internal controls.
• Collaborate with departments to resolve accounting issues.
