Requirements include a high school diploma/GED (associate degree preferred) and 1+ year AP/AR experience. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 7:00am–3:30pm; starting pay is $22/hour, on-site work with potential for growth within the department.

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience in AP/AR, accounting support or bookkeeping.
• Proficiency with Excel and Outlook and strong data entry skills.
• Ability to handle confidential financial information professionally.

Responsibilities

• Process vendor invoices accurately and on time, verify details.
• Prepare payments and apply customer payments to accounts.
• Perform regular account reconciliations and maintain records.
• Enter and maintain financial data, keep files organized.
• Prepare deposits and manage petty cash, reconcile transactions.
• Assist with reports for accounting team and management.
• Respond to vendor and customer inquiries by phone and email.
• Provide general administrative support to finance as needed.
