Job summary

All Roads is seeking an Accounts Payable specialist for the Dundalk, MD area. This full-time role focuses on accurate AP processing in a fast-paced environment within the equipment division (Vermeer).

A background in accounting and attention to detail are preferred as you manage vendor payments and reconcilations. You will join a team in a corporate setting, with opportunities for growth and internal advancement based on performance, while enjoying a comprehensive benefits package and flexible

Qualifications

• Full cycle AP experience preferred.
• Attention to GAAP and vendor reconciliation.
• Strong Excel and data entry skills.

Responsibilities

• Process full cycle AP including PO matching, vouchering, and vendor reconciliation.
• Handle up to 500 invoices per week.
• Maintain vendor files and resolve discrepancies.

We have a rare opportunity available at All Roads in Dundalk, MD within the equipment division (Vermeer) Accounts Payable department. If you have a flair for spotting numerical mistakes, enjoy following up with vendors and work well in a fast-paced & high volume environment, we want to talk to you! Bring your previous accounts payable experience and attention to detail to our growing team! Accounting degree preferred.

Salary & Schedule:

• Monday - Friday, full time hours with flexible but consistent starting time
• $24 - $28 per hour based on experience

Responsibilities:

1. Full cycle A/P including...PO matching, vouchering, reconciling to vendor statements, and disbursements
2. Research and resolve any discrepancies
3. Manage fixed payments
4. Accurately process vendor checks
5. Ability to handle up to 500 invoices per week
6. Vendor maintenance, reconcile monthly invoices
7. Maintain files and documentation accurately and in accordance with GAAP

Other Qualifications:

• Competency in Microsoft applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Ability to perform at high levels in a fast-paced ever-changing work environment
• Takes initiative/ recommend actions to resolve discrepancies
• Ability to anticipate work needs and follow through with minimum direction
