Job summary

All Roads in Dundalk, MD is seeking a Staff Accountant to join the Accounting department. This onsite position requires a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (or current pursuit) and offers a clear path for growth within the Truck division.

Responsibilities include processing deals, posting deposits, reviewing schedules, accruing expenses, and supporting month-end close. Compensation ranges from $55,000 to $65,000 annually with a Monday–Friday schedule, no weekends or nights, and standard benefits.

As part of the Truck division, this role is responsible for accurately processing deals and related transactions, reviewing schedules, accruing expenses, and reconciliations. Compensation & Schedule

Compensation & Schedule: $55,000 - $65,000 (based on experience). Full time Monday-Friday with no weekends or nights. Flexible start time.

Responsibilities

Other Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or AA degree completed with experience
• Competency in Microsoft applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Organizational, verbal, and written communication skills
• Attention to detail and ability to multi-task, prioritize, and work efficiently
• Ability to perform at high levels in a fast-paced ever-changing work environment
• Takes initiative/ recommend actions to resolve discrepancies
• Ability to anticipate work needs and follow through with minimum direction
