Job summary

Jets.com is seeking an AP Accountant to ensure accurate entries, reconcile subsidiary ledgers, and support the general ledger. You will manage the full AP cycle for OpEx and assist with month-end close, audits, and budgeting.

The role requires 3+ years in AP, knowledge of GAAP, and experience with MS Office and Workday Financials. This position offers growth at a rapidly expanding multi-state company with collaborative team culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or associate degree in accounting or business administration, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3+ years of AP accounting experience.
• Familiarity with GAAP and general ledger processes.
• Proficiency with MS Office and accounting software.

Responsibilities

• Own the full AP cycle for standard corporate OpEx.
• Process high‑volume daily AP payments and reconcile to ledgers.
• Maintain audit-ready payables documentation and assist month-end close.
• Assist with external audits and annual budget variances.
• Collaborate with team and independently handle specific projects.
