Honeywell Aerospace seeks a Director of Operational Excellence - AOS Leader to guide the AOS implementation at the Greer, SC site, coaching leaders and embedding Lean/Agile methods for scalable performance. This role drives adoption across the Engines & Power organization and aligns leadership to strategic improvement goals.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of proven project management expertise with Lean/Operational Excellence.
• 4+ years of leadership in Lean manufacturing or strategic change projects.
• Strong knowledge of Lean and Agile methods including AOS.
• Hands-on experience organizing Kaizen events and coaching change initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership & Coordination: define path to launch and expand AOS within Honeywell Aerospace.
• Coordinate Improvement Events and drive AOS adoption across ES.
• Coach managers on Lean/Agile methods and promote AOS practice.
• Support organizational change, ensure consistent application of improvement tools.
