Spectra-Tech Manufacturing Inc. seeks an AOI Operator to oversee automated inspection equipment used in electronic circuit board assembly. You will inspect materials and assemblies, learn assembly practices, and interpret drawings and BOMs.
A strong focus on accuracy and initiative is required for success. Starting pay is $17.50 per hour with experience, plus a $500 hiring/retention bonus and a $100/month attendance incentive.

Hours: M-Th, 4:30pm-3:15am
Starting Pay: $17.50 and up based on experience
Operator of Automated Optical Inspection (AOI) equipment relating to electronic circuit board assembly. Inspector of electronic materials and assemblies for conformance to established specifications. Operator must become familiar with assembly practices, procedures, and industry acceptability standards. Relies on limited experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals; performs a variety of tasks. A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required.

High School Diploma or GED
Previous manufacturing experience preferred, preferably in the electronic assembly field. Spectra-Tech Will train the right candidate who does not have the preferred experience.
Work is performed in a manufacturing environment with frequent contact with others. Job requires prolonged sitting, standing and frequent bending, stooping and stretching.
Knowledge of and skills in the use of the AOI equipment, various gauging and measurement tools.
Job functions will be performed in a climate-controlled manufacturing environment.
This position requires a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
