Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in Supply Chain.

• Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems.

• Able to work in a fast-paced environment with strict deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate activities to facilitate quick return to service for emergent customer requirements (e.g. AOG).
• Enter, track, monitor and coordinate customer material, delivery requirements for emergent escalations.
• Advise customers on order status, changes or improvements on AOG Hard Grounded requirements.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to identify and drive solutions for hard grounded aircraft situations.
• Review and decipher engineering data for alternate problem resolution.
• Support suppliers by identifying constraints and assisting with mitigation plans.
• Collect and process supplier/customer data regarding products or services, including repair capabilities and capacity.
• Liaise with multiple stakeholders to accomplish common objectives.
• Assess and analyze customer escalations and formulate problem resolutions.
• Use multiple Boeing systems in fast-paced environments for AOG requirements.
