Job summary

Boeing Future of Flight is seeking a supply chain professional for a contract assignment in Renton, WA. You will join the Seats Operations and Dock to Delivery team to support airplane delivery targets, manage procurement and SCM activities, and interact with factories, engineering and quality teams.

The role requires experience with ERP systems (SAP) and MS Office, willingness to cover on-call shifts, and a track record in production environment SCM.

Qualifications

1+ years of experience supporting Operations, Materials Management and/or Supply Chain in a production environment
1+ years of experience with ERP systems or SAP
Willing to cover on-call shifts, including weekends and after hours
Experience interfacing with leadership and suppliers a plus

Responsibilities

Applies SCM methodologies to coordinate the global supply chain
Interacts with a globally dispersed supply base
Tracks seat production schedules to meet airplane milestones
Places purchase orders in SAP/ERP and manages PO adherence
Reports metrics to Seats and Airplane Program leadership
Collaborates with cross-functional stakeholders on KPIs
Gathers data and publishes reports on organizational performance
Proactively identifies process improvements and drives solutions
