Job summary

Robinson Helicopter Co. is seeking an experienced Fleet Sustainment & Spares Coordinator to manage aftermarket parts flow for the U.S. Army Flight School Next program.

The role coordinates between the M1 prime representative, 3PL/4PL providers, and RHC supply chain to ensure timely spare parts availability and rapid AOG support. The position emphasizes hands-on parts and material flow, bench-stock maintenance, and immediate AOG response.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor’s degree is a plus.
• 4+ years experience in parts coordination, logistics, or inventory management.
• Experience with aftermarket or aviation parts and 3PL/4PL coordination.
• Familiarity with ERP or order management systems (Epicor) and inventory tracking tools.
• U.S. Citizenship required and ability to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the daily flow of aftermarket parts among the M1 prime representative, the program’s 3PL / 4PL provider, and the RHC supply chain.
• Track part requests from initiation through delivery, keeping all parties informed of status.
• Monitor bench-stock levels and maintain onsite part availability to support fleet readiness.
• Provide immediate assistance for all AOG parts requirements and expedite orders.
• Enter and track orders in ERP and maintain accurate records of transactions.
