Job summary

FlightSafety International in Broken Arrow, OK, is seeking an experienced Inventory/Materials Coordinator to support customer orders, manage spare parts data, and coordinate with suppliers. You will use Syteline and SAP, read drawings, and maintain stock levels across SOS items.

You will prepare kits, issue purchases and RMA processing, and provide occasional after-hours AOG support to ensure timely deliveries for commercial and military customers.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree in a technical field with 4+ years’ experience required.
• Inventory experience a plus.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret drawings for customer support and planning functions.
• Input and maintain inventory data for master files in Syteline and SAP.
• Create and input orders into Syteline Customer Order Module and cross reference and create jobs for manufactured items.
• Maintain SOS stock levels and process special orders including overhead purchases.
• Provide occasional after-hours AOG support if needed.
• Coordinate and dispatch surplus inventory to FlightSafety Learning Centers.
