Robinson Helicopter Co. seeks a Site Manager for the U.S. Army Flight School Next program at Fort Rucker, AL.

You will lead on-site customer success operations, supervise the Technical Support Representative and the Fleet Sustainment & Spares Coordinator, and ensure fleet readiness for Army training. This role requires aviation operations leadership, rotary-wing experience, and strong cross-functional coordination with engineering, logistics, and business development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in aviation, engineering, business, or related field.
• 7+ years of site, maintenance, or operations management experience.
• Experience in rotary-wing flight training or aircraft sustainment preferred.
• FAA A&P certificates preferred.
• Strong leadership of technical and customer-facing teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day site operations for Flight School Next at Fort Rucker.
• Ensure fleet availability and aircraft readiness for Army training.
• Oversee maintenance, sustainment and parts support activities.
• Directly supervise on-site Technical Support Representative and Spares Coordinator.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and report KPIs.
