Job summary

The Technical Support Representative serves as Robinson Helicopter Company's on-site technical expert supporting the U.S. Army Flight School Next (FSN) program at Fort Rucker, Alabama.

Embedded with the M1 Team maintenance personnel to assist with scheduled and unscheduled maintenance of the FSN fleet, providing hands-on troubleshooting, airworthiness guidance, and technical liaison back to RHC engineering and product support to keep aircraft safe, serviceable, and mission ready.

Qualifications

• FAA A&P certification required or equivalent.
• 10+ years in aircraft maintenance or field service.
• 5+ years maintaining Robinson helicopters preferred.
• IA/Inspection Authorization preferred.
• Bachelor's degree or higher a plus; technical degrees considered.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site technical support to FSN maintenance personnel for scheduled and unscheduled maintenance.
• Troubleshoot airframe, powerplant, and systems to return aircraft to service.
• Provide airworthiness guidance per data, manuals, and regulations.
• Escalate complex issues to RHC Site Manager, Engineering, and Product support teams.
• Mentor M1 Team maintenance personnel and train-the-trainer tasks.
