• Strong ability to execute multistep experimental protocols with appropriate controls.
• Commitment to rigorous, reproducible research and ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Responsibilities

• Design DNA constructs and protein-display libraries; perform cloning, sequence verification, and QC.
• Execute high-throughput screens across multiple protein-display platforms.
• Analyze screening data and prioritize hits; validate antibody–antigen interactions.
• Develop and optimize workflows to improve sensitivity and throughput.
• Maintain complete experimental records and organized inventories.
