Job summary

Infosys is seeking a Senior Technical Project Manager for Anti-Fraud initiatives, bridging business and technology. Lead end-to-end delivery of complex tech programs in fraud prevention across credit cards, commercial payments, or wealth management.

Requires strong leadership and communication to coordinate between technical and business partners in a hybrid environment. The role emphasizes managing multiple projects, leveraging AI automation tools, and driving cleaner collaboration and progress

Qualifications

• 8–12 years of financial services experience in credit cards, commercial payments, or wealth management.
• Experience delivering technology solutions for anti-fraud programs.
• Extensive experience with JIRA and program tracking methodologies.
• Project or program management experience in large-scale financial technology.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing the Book of Work, aligning engineering outputs with risk and business goals.
• Plan, execute, and deliver major technology development initiatives and multi-project fraud programs.
• Partner across multiple scrum teams, internal business domains, and external vendors to remove blockers.
• Oversee JIRA quality and ensure proper dates/JIRA hygiene.
• Define scope with timelines, budgets, and resource allocation; drive smart trade-offs.
