Endeavor Health in Evanston, IL is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for the Antepartum Night Shift. The role offers 36 hours per week, a defined 1900-0730 schedule with weekend rotation, and a sign-on bonus for eligible candidates.

The RN will provide safe, compassionate care while collaborating with the clinical team. The position requires antepartum expertise, HIPAA compliance, and the ability to float to the postpartum unit as needed.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with Antepartum experience and IL license.
• Night shift availability and 36 hours weekly.
• Ability to collaborate with physicians and clinical team.

Responsibilities

• Develops a care plan and updates interventions to meet outcomes.
• Performs patient assessment and health data collection.
• Communicates plan of care to patient/family and team.
• Provides teaching tailored to learning needs and culture.
• Interacts with peers and delegates tasks as needed.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and participate in QA activities.
• Assist with injections, venipuncture, and IV therapy when skilled.
