Job summary

Endeavor Health seeks a Registered Nurse for the Antepartum Night Shift at Evanston Hospital in Evanston, IL. This full-time role is 36 hours per week with 7:00 pm–7:30 am shifts and weekend rotation. A $25,000 sign-on bonus is available after 18 months of Antepartum experience.

The nurse will plan, implement and evaluate patient care, collaborating with the care team to ensure optimal outcomes. The position offers an hourly pay range of $37.25–$57.74, with compensation determined by experience.

Qualifications

• Active RN license with Antepartum experience required.
• Shift: Night shift 7:00 pm – 7:30 am with weekend rotation.
• Location: Evanston, IL; Full-time 36 hours/week.

Responsibilities

• Develops a plan of care that identifies interventions to achieve expected outcomes.
• Performs patient assessment and collection of health data.
• Communicates plan of care to patient, family, and interdisciplinary team.
• Provides patient teaching tailored to learning needs and culture.
• Participates in professional development and supports education.
• May assist with wound/ostomy/skin care, injections, IV management and O2 therapy.
• Participates in performance improvement and evidence-based practice.
• Transports acutely ill patients as needed.
