Endeavor Health in Evanston, IL is hiring a Registered Nurse for the Antepartum Night Shift. This full-time role (36 hours/week) runs 1900–0730 with weekend rotation at Evanston Hospital, IL. A $25,000 sign-on bonus is available for those with 18 months of Antepartum experience.

Pay ranges hourly from $37.25 to $57.74, with various benefits described below. The RN will deliver safe, compassionate care, develop and evaluate care plans, collaborate with physicians and the care team, and support

Qualifications

• Must be a Registered Nurse with Antepartum experience (required for sign-on bonus).

Responsibilities

• Develops a plan of care and evaluates progress toward outcomes.
• Performs patient assessment and collects health data involving patient, family and other health care providers.
• Communicates plan of care to patient, family and the medical team; documents health data and communications.
• Individualizes patient teaching based on learning needs and cultural background.
• Collaborates with peers and mentors; delegates tasks as needed.
• Provides compassionate environment and psychological support to patients.
• Assists with injection of contrast, venipuncture, medications, oxygen therapy and IV management.
• Participates in performance improvement and wound/ostomy care knowledge; stays updated with trends.
• If skilled, conducts daily rounds of wound/ostomy care and monitors treatment effectiveness.
• Complies with HIPAA regulations.
• Assists in transporting acutely ill patients.
