Job summary

RTX in McKinney, TX is seeking a Staff Technician to join our Advanced Product Center. You will test and troubleshoot antennas and arrays on indoor and outdoor ranges, operate electronic test equipment, analyze data, and document results to support product development.

Qualifications

• Typically requires an AA/AS degree (or other 2-year post high school training) with a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in a electronics industry or equivalent military electronics experience.
• Active and transferable Secret U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date.

Responsibilities

• Test and troubleshoots antennas and array systems across ranges.
• Operate a variety of electronic equipment and report test data.
• Be responsible for training/mentoring junior range technicians.
