Job summary

Valence Surface Technologies in West Springfield, MA seeks a production operator to process parts in tanks per specifications and work orders. You will calculate processing times, rinse and treat parts, and complete required paperwork following guidelines. You will oversee line assistants to optimize throughput and log preventative maintenance.

• COMPENSATION RANGE: $21.00 to 25.00 Per hour


• Four days schedule: Work 36 hours get paid for 40 hours


• Friday and Monday 7:00am to 3:30pm Saturday and Sunday 6:30am to 5:00pm

This position requires access to knowledge and technical data regulated by the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). Valence Surface Technologies is required to verify that applicants meet ITAR requirements prior to employment for this role.
