Job summary

Valence Surface Technologies in Massachusetts is seeking an entry-level inspector/handler for a weekend shift. You will inspect parts before, during, and after processing, operate all machinery and perform routine maintenance, and maintain a clean, safe work environment.

You will also locate and understand quality system documentation in the Valence computer system, follow ROUTER procedures, and process parts with minimal supervision while protecting parts from damage. ITAR access may apply.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to read process travelers and fill out operations.
• Ability to perform basic cleaning tasks.
• Ability to assist trained operators.
• Able to follow verbal and written direction.
• Able to lift/move up to 50 lbs.

• Ability to assist as a helper to trained operators


• Able to follow verbal and written direction.


• Able to use basic hand tools such as wrenches and clamps


• Able to lift/move up to 50 lbs.


• Able to work under direct supervision.

• COMPENSATION RANGE: $20 to $22.00
