Job summary

Chrysalis is seeking a dedicated professional to assist the Associate Director in completing annual plans for individuals with intellectual disabilities, acquired brain injuries, and/or autism. This role requires prioritizing tasks, meeting deadlines, and communicating effectively with outside professionals and state employees.

Responsibilities include developing instructions to improve adaptive living skills, designing data collection systems, and ensuring annual packets are completed on time

Qualifications

• Public relations skills to communicate with outside professionals and state employees.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines while handling multiple packets.
• Basic computer skills including Word and Excel; comfortable with data entry.

Responsibilities

• Assist Associate Director to complete annual plans for individuals served.
• Design data collection systems and monitor progress.
• Collaborate with services staff to improve adaptive living skills.
• Prepare and complete annual packets within deadlines.
• Follow state policies and procedures.
