Job summary

The Colorado Symphony is seeking an Annual Giving Manager to lead and grow individual philanthropic support. This full-time, hybrid role is based in Colorado Springs, CO with flexibility for some work from home.

You will manage multi-channel campaigns, donor segmentation, and strategic outreach, collaborating closely with development, marketing, and artistic staff to deepen donor relationships and achieve revenue goals.

Qualifications

• Experience in Annual Giving and philanthropic fundraising, including planning multi-channel campaigns.
• Strong communication skills for donor messages and stakeholder engagement.
• Knowledge of philanthropy and stewardship best practices including donor cultivation, recognition, and retention strategies.
• Proven project management skills to coordinate timelines, resources, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience with donor databases or CRM systems, and using data to inform strategy and measure results.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and evaluate annual giving campaigns to grow donor support.
• Develop solicitation strategies and donor segmentation.
• Coordinate mail, email, and digital appeals and track progress against revenue goals.
• Collaborate with development, marketing, and artistic staff for consistent messaging and donor engagement.
• Analyze data, prepare reports, and identify opportunities to upgrade giving levels.
