Job summary

The Boys & Girls Clubs of King County is seeking an Annual Giving Manager to lead multi-channel fundraising, donor segmentation, and stewardship initiatives across email, direct mail, digital, and workplace giving.

The role drives growth in unrestricted revenue, strengthens donor retention, and builds pipelines for major gifts, while centering equity in all fundraising practices. This is a full-time, hybrid Seattle position with a strong community impact.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of nonprofit fundraising experience, with a focus on annual giving or individual giving programs.
• Demonstrated success managing multi-channel fundraising campaigns.
• Experience using donor databases/CRM systems (e.g., Raiser’s Edge NXT or similar).
• Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into strategy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute a comprehensive annual giving strategy to grow revenue across all segments (monthly, mid-level, broad-based donors).
• Manage a portfolio goal contributing significantly to the organization’s $10M+ annual contributed revenue target.
• Lead calendar planning for integrated campaigns including year-end, giving days, and seasonal appeals.
• Service workplace giving programs, including coordination of the annual Microsoft GIVE campaign.
• Analytical, data-driven growth mindset with an ability to adapt to trends and shifts in the sector.
• Partner with leadership to align annual giving with broader fundraising and organizational priorities.
