Job summary

IDR, Inc. is seeking an Annual Giving Coordinator to support philanthropic programs for a pediatric medical center in Fort Worth, TX. You will plan and manage employee-focused and community-facing initiatives, including the Employees Care fundraising campaign, while crafting clear messaging on philanthropy.

The role requires strong writing, editing, and organizational skills, with collaboration across Foundation teams to advance outreach and impact.

Qualifications

• Three (3) years of progressive experience in annual giving, fundraising, or related fields such as sales, communication, marketing, or customer service.
• Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Strong interpersonal, written, and communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize requests.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and appropriate liability insurance.

Responsibilities
