Job summary

Michigan State University seeks an Assistant Director of Annual Giving and Operations to join the Student Success Development team. The role focuses on raising funds for campus programs, managing annual giving campaigns, and ensuring accurate data management with the University Advancement team.

The position reports to the Senior Director of Development, Student Success Development, and supervises the Development Assistant. Evening/weekend availability may be required.

Qualifications

• Knowledge equivalent to a four-year college degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing and/or Business; one to three years of related fundraising or related experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain an annual giving and membership plan.
• Create and manage digital annual giving campaigns.
• Use data, reporting, and analysis to grow giving and identify major donor prospects.
• Supervise the Development Assistant.
