The American Camp Association in Oregon is seeking an Annual Fund Manager to plan and execute annual and special fundraising campaigns across direct mail, digital giving, and events. You will develop donor communications, manage donor data in the CRM, cultivate relationships with supporters, and collaborate with teams and partners to meet fundraising goals.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree preferred, or relevant experience.
• 1-3 years; experience in fundraising or nonprofit development, with a demonstrated understanding of donor relations, campaigns, and events.
• Experience coordinating campaigns, from conception through execution.
• experience with donor management software (e.g. Protech and Donor Perfect) and the ability to track and analyze donor data.

Mansioni

• Plan, coordinate, and execute annual and special fundraising campaigns, including direct mail, digital fundraising, peer-to-peer campaigns, and crowdfunding initiatives.
• Assist with the planning, execution, and management of fundraising events, both virtual and in-person.
• Develop compelling donor-facing communications, including fundraising appeals, stewardship messages, campaign content, donor newsletters, and impact reports, in collaboration with the Communications team.
• Coordinate cross-functional fundraising projects and serve as a point of contact for fundraising initiatives involving internal teams and external partners.
• Identify potential new donors, including individuals, corporations, and foundations. Assist with the cultivation of new relationships through targeted research and outreach efforts.
• Develop strategies to achieve campaign fundraising goals and evaluate campaign performance to inform future fundraising efforts.
• Support the cultivation and stewardship of relationships with current donors. Ensure that all donors are recognized, updated on the impact of their giving, and have a positive experience with ACA.
