• Bachelor's degree or 2+ years of relevant work experience.
• 2+ years experience in trade shows, special events, or box office sales preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate registration and ticketing objectives with leadership.
• Create registration price tiers and inventory for credential sales.
• Plan online sales strategies and utilize historical data for decisions.
• Build registration events in the online ticketing platform with floorplans and ticket types.
• Coordinate logistics including credentials inventory, RFID collection, distribution, and promotions.
• Collaborate with vendors and venue management during load-in/out.
• Provide excellent customer service to participants and vendors regarding registration, mailing, RFID, policies and streaming procedures.
• Monitor credential and ticket inventory and support fulfillment.
