Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a professional production environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Film/TV production, Animation, or equivalent experience preferred.
• Proficiency in spreadsheets, databases, or database software such as Shotgun/ShotGrid.
• Strong skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and/or Google Workspace.
• Demonstrated interest in Animation production control and the animation manufacturing pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Work inside the production management branch on animated function period movies, quick movies, long‑form series titles, and/or unique projects at Walt Disney Animation Studios.
• Provide day‑to‑day administrative and project support, including scheduling, meeting coordination, and assembly assistance.
• Assist in communicating progress to artists through rounds and discussions.
• Help the Production Coordinator, Manufacturing Manager, and branch leadership with everyday issues and tasks as they arise.
• Ensure accuracy of information by communicating in a timely and organized manner.
