Qualifications

• Possess or obtain a New Jersey Pharmacy Technician License; training is provided.
• Experience in data entry and multitasking.
• Experience handling 60+ high-volume inbound calls per day.
• Previous call center experience or high-volume call environment.
• Strong attention to detail and adherence to procedures.
• Effective and persuasive communication.
• Proficient with computers, including Office and Internet.
• Strong math skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Live within commuting distance of Swedesboro, NJ.
• Must meet performance metrics.
• Able to work Mon-Fri and Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service
• Navigate patient and prescriber profiles across multiple systems
• Enter prescriptions into company systems
• Handle inbound, outbound, and written customer interactions through email, phone, SMS, chat, and mailed prescriptions
• Work independently and collaborate with team members
• Engage with team members across pharmacy and fulfillment facilities
• Answer more than 60 high-volume calls per day
• Assist customers for approximately 90% of the workday
• Complete six weeks of paid in-classroom training at the Swedesboro, New Jersey campus
• Work remotely after training, except for meetings
