Job summary

Wedgewood Pharmacy LLC in Swedesboro, NJ is seeking an inventory control associate to join our team. You will help ensure accurate stock levels, track orders, and support daily warehouse operations focused on patient care.

The role requires 1–2 years in inventory control, a high school diploma, and NJ pharmacy technician registration. You will work onsite Monday–Friday, 9:00 am–5:30 pm, with competitive compensation and benefits.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required.
1–2 years of inventory control and receiving experience.
Must register as a pharmacy technician in New Jersey.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and operate a pallet jack.
Comfortable with inventory management systems, spreadsheets, and databases.

Responsibilities

Assist in analyzing and documenting inventory control systems for commercial and warehouse departments.
Track and resolve commercial inventory and open orders to minimize future issues.
Maintain production, quality control, and order documentation systems.
Train new staff in policies and procedures.
Monitor and maintain inventory, reorder points, and stock supplies.
Verify, track, and manage incoming inventory and reorder reports.
Ensure FIFO stock rotation, manage expired items, and maintain inventory accuracy.
