Job Details

This position supports activities related to Marketing. The role involves interaction with internal departments and vendor partners. Program Specialists execute tasks that support MWI Animal Health's initiatives.

Job Responsibilities
  1. Assist in developing and engaging marketing, communications, and business intelligence materials.
  2. Serve as a contact point for vendor partners and internal staff to develop and implement programs for customers and sales teams.
  3. Identify aspects of programs affecting MWI Animal Health's systems, including qualifying parameters, product lists, customer segments, timelines, and contractual conflicts.
  4. Implement programs within MWI Animal Health's systems, such as the website and Marketing Activity Database.
  5. Collaborate on campaign production, editing, and communication.
  6. Coordinate with graphic designers for advertisements and marketing materials.
  7. Work both independently and with analysts across the organization.
  8. Identify reporting needs for internal and external customers.
  9. Understand data storage and representation.
  10. Create clear, concise reports for target audiences.
  11. Manage vendor payments for marketing activities.
  12. Process SPIFF payroll by understanding sales organization structures.
  13. Implement and adhere to MWI policies and procedures.
  14. Test new tools and systems.
  15. Identify gaps in processes or systems and propose solutions.
  16. Support the Marketing Services Program Supervisor as needed.
  17. Perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum Experience and Education

Requires broad training in communications, marketing, or business administration, typically obtained through a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience. Usually requires at least two years of related, progressively responsible experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SQL is required; web programming and Tableau experience are preferred.

Salary Range*

$56,500 - $83,270. Actual compensation may vary based on location. Salary ranges in certain states may be up to 10% lower or 12% higher than listed.
