Job Details

This position maintains and supports activities associated with Marketing activities. This role interacts with associates from numerous internal departments and vendor partners. Program Specialists complete tasks that support MWI Animal Health's overall initiatives.

Job Responsibilities
  1. Assist with the development and engagement of marketing, communications, and business intelligence materials.
  2. Serve as a point of contact for vendor partners and internal associates to develop, formulate, and implement programs for customers and sales associates.
  3. Identify aspects of programs impacting MWI Animal Health's systems, including qualifying parameters, product lists, customer sets, time frames, program structure, and conflicting contractual programs.
  4. Implement programs within MWI Animal Health's systems, including the website and Marketing Activity Database.
  5. Collaborate in the production, editing, and communication of campaign deliverables.
  6. Coordinate with graphic designers to design advertisements or other marketing materials as needed.
  7. Work both individually and collaboratively with other analysts across the organization.
  8. Identify reporting needs for internal and external customers.
  9. Understand how data is stored and represented.
  10. Develop and create clear, concise reports interpretable by the target audience(s).
  11. Report and collect vendor partner payments for marketing activities.
  12. Understand sales organization processes to handle SPIFF payroll.
  13. Implement and understand MWI Animal Health policies and procedures.
  14. Test new tools and system platforms actively.
  15. Identify process and system gaps and propose solutions.
  16. Support the Marketing Services Program Supervisor as needed.
  17. Perform related duties as assigned.
Minimum Experience and Education

Requires broad training in fields such as communications, marketing, and business administration, generally obtained through a four-year Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience. Typically requires two (2) years of related, progressively responsible experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SQL is required; Web programming and Tableau experience are preferred.

Salary Range*

$56,500 - $83,270. Note that actual salaries may vary based on location and are subject to adjustments in certain states.
