Job summary

SeaWorld Parks & Entertainment’s Busch Gardens Tampa Bay is seeking a Guest Services Ambassador to engage guests with enthusiasm and a passion for wildlife. You will present animal information, conduct live presentations, and support educational tours while ensuring guest safety and satisfaction.

Applicants should have strong communication skills, be able to work up to 28 hours per week, and be prepared for a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and public speaking skills are required.
• Ability to provide outstanding guest service is essential.
• Flexible schedule to include weekdays, weekends, evenings and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Enthusiastically represents Busch Gardens and maintains a positive attitude.
• Interact with guests to provide animal and park information.
• Conduct informative animal presentations on microphone at habitats and explain veterinary procedures.
• Organize, inventory, and prepare materials for educational experiences.
• Facilitate tours of the Animal Care Center and educational experiences.
