Job summary

The Salvation Army in Burlington, NC is seeking a part-time coordinator to manage the Angel Tree program. 32 hours per week, Tue-Sat, 10AM-4PM, with duties in volunteer coordination and warehouse support.

Applicants should have a high school diploma or GED and at least two years in an office environment, or an equivalent mix of training and experience. A valid driver’s license is required.

• Two years experience in an office environment.
• Any equivalent combination of training and experience.

Responsibilities

• Recruits, trains and coordinates volunteers for the Christmas program.
• Prepares records and reports for the Christmas program.
• Lifts and stacks donations and distributes them in warehouse.
• Assists in Christmas warehouse operations as needed.
• Maintains good donor relationships to support The Salvation Army.
