Qualifications

• Master's degree in Anesthesia and graduate of an accredited program.
• Unrestricted license to practice as an Anesthesiologist Assistant in the State of Colorado.
• Board Certification in NCCAA.
• Unrestricted medical staff membership with appropriate privileges.
• Unrestricted DEA permit to prescribe medications commonly used in practice.
• Eligible for Medicare/Medicaid provider status.
• No sanctions or exclusions from HHS/OIG or GSA List.
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS per AHA.

Responsibilities

• Provide Anesthesiologist Assistant services in a Level 1 & 3 trauma facility and ASCs.
• Collaborate within a medical direction framework.
• Support a wide case mix including ortho, neuro, spine, GI, GU, plastics, vascular, general surgery, gynecology, and obstetrics.
