UCHealth in Colorado Springs is seeking an Anesthesiologist Assistant to join the Medical Group and Anesthesiology team. The role is full-time with a focus on delivering high-quality patient care in a dynamic hospital setting.

Candidates should have a Master's in Anesthesia, Colorado license, NCCAA board certification, and be comfortable working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment with Epic EMR.

Formación

• Master's degree in Anesthesia from an accredited program.
• Unrestricted Colorado anesthesiologist assistant license.
• Board certification in NCCAA.
• Unrestricted medical staff membership with privileges.
• DEA permit to prescribe commonly prescribed medications.
• Eligible for Medicare/Medicaid provider status.
• No sanctions or exclusions from HHS/OIG or GSA.
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS per AHA.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver anesthesia care with a focus on patient safety.
• Work 10- or 12-hour shifts, with limited weekends.
• Collaborate in Level 1 & 3 trauma facilities and ASCs.
• No overnight on-call requirements.
• Handle diverse case mix including ortho, neuro, spine, GI, GU, plastics, vascular, general, gynecology, and OB.
• Proficient with Epic EMR system.
