PeaceHealth Sacred Heart Medical Center at RiverBend in Springfield, Oregon is seeking an Anesthesia Technician to support anesthesia services in a fast-paced surgical setting. You'll prepare workstations, assist with room turnover, and help ensure equipment and supplies are ready for procedures.

This full-time role offers shifts across the day with a competitive hourly range and comprehensive benefits. Ideal candidates have BLS, strong teamwork, and comfort working with OR teams.

Qualifications

• BLS certification required upon hire.
• Ability to apply age-specific care principles across the lifespan.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to stay organized and prioritize in a fast-paced clinical environment.
• Basic computer and keyboarding skills.

Responsabilités

• Prepare anesthesia workstations, equipment, and supplies before procedures.
• Set up operating and procedure rooms based on patient and provider needs.
• Assist with room turnover between cases to keep schedules moving efficiently.
• Stock, organize, and replenish anesthesia supplies and equipment.
• Clean and maintain anesthesia machines, monitors, and related equipment according to infection prevention standards.
• Support anesthesiologists and CRNAs during procedures as directed.
• Assist with patient care activities and monitoring under the direction of licensed clinical staff.
• Help coordinate laboratory testing and results when needed.
• Monitor inventory levels and help ensure critical anesthesia supplies remain available.
• Collaborate with operating room and procedural teams to support exceptional patient care.
