Job summary

Sound Physicians is seeking an Anesthesia Coordinator to support hospital-based anesthesia operations in Pensacola, FL. You will help schedule the anesthesia team, coordinate interviews and onboarding, and act as a liaison among clinical and administrative departments.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage the Anesthesia team schedule with leadership and staffing coordinator.
• Coordinate onsite physician/CRNA interviews and onboarding.
• Ensure accurate payroll documentation and shifts.
• Liaise with Hospital Medical Staff Office for credentialing and enrollment.
• Maintain team documents and communicate important announcements.
• Collaborate with Enrollment, Billing and Compliance teams.
• Provide administrative support to the Program Medical Director.
• Coordinate monthly team meetings and meeting minutes.
• Manage calls, faxes and mail; maintain master team list.
