The University of Maryland Medical System Corporation is seeking an Anesthesia Technician Supervisor to oversee all anesthesia technicians in the operating rooms, ensuring equipment is setup, checked, cleaned and maintained. Shift: Monday–Friday, 12:00pm–8:30pm, with rotating schedule and weekend call.

This role requires strong leadership and adherence to safety standards. Under general supervision, you will coordinate staff, assign tasks, and liaise with Biomedical Engineering and nurse

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 5 years of healthcare experience preferred as an Anesthesia Technician or related field.
• 2 years of supervisory/management experience required.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinates and supervises all staff in the Anesthesia department.
• Establishes and monitors workflow, assigns staff, and schedules equipment activities.
• Provides technical counsel on equipment standards, handling and cleaning.
• Coordinates procurement, maintenance and distribution of clinical equipment.
• Ensures compliance with quality assurance measures and safety standards.
