Job summary

IVIRMA Global in Clive, IA, is seeking an Andrology Laboratory Technician to support specimen handling, reporting, and records for infertility assessment. The role involves performing Andrology/Endocrine lab services in line with the Laboratory Procedure Manual and maintaining patient confidentiality.

You will follow OSHA safety guidelines, maintain quality control, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver accurate results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a chemical, biological, clinical laboratory science or related field is required.
• Minimum 6 months’ laboratory training toward degree or experience preferred.
• Comfort with phlebotomy; blood draw experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintains accurate and current records of patient reports and inventory.
• Adheres to quality control policies and logs instrument calibrations and maintenance.
• Follows lab procedures when test systems are out of spec and ensures safety and compliance.
