Job summary

IVIRMA North America is seeking an Andrology Lab Technician for our Basking Ridge, NJ location. This full-time role runs Monday through Friday, 5:30am–1:30pm, with rotating weekends and holidays and potential travel to nearby satellite offices as needed.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in a chemical, biological, clinical laboratory science or related field, and at least 6 months of laboratory experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in chemical, biological, clinical laboratory science or related – required

Responsibilities

• Maintains accurate and current records of patient reports and inventory.
• Adheres to quality control policies; documents all quality control activities and calibrations.
• Follows policies when test systems are not within established performance levels.
• Maintains knowledge of Laboratory Operating Manual, QA/QC safety procedures.
• Adheres to OSHA requirements for safe laboratory operations.
• Works with multidisciplinary teams to provide patient care and meet objectives.
• Maintains confidentiality of patient information and adheres to HIPAA.
