Swickard Auto Group is seeking experienced flat-rate technicians to join our Anchorage and Mat-Su Valley service teams. We welcome brand experience from luxury, import, or domestic segments and invite qualified candidates to connect for future openings in our growing hospitality-first auto group.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years of dealership experience, solid diagnostic skills, and ASE/OEM certifications are highly valued. A clean driving record and valid license are required.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years of flat-rate technician experience in a franchised dealership.
• Brand experience across luxury, import, and domestic segments encouraged.
• ASE certifications are a strong plus and OEM factory certifications valued.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

• Diagnose and repair vehicles across engine, transmission, brakes, electrical, suspension, HVAC, and more using OEM procedures.
• Perform multi-point inspections and develop repair plans; communicate findings to service advisors.
• Execute repairs to factory specifications with speed, accuracy, and no shortcuts.
• Complete repair orders with accurate documentation of work and parts used.
• Stay current on service bulletins, software updates, and manufacturer procedures.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Diagnose and repair vehicles across a range of systems -- engine, transmission, brakes, electrical, suspension, HVAC, and beyond -- using OEM diagnostic platforms and manufacturer procedures

• Perform multi-point inspections and develop accurate repair plans -- communicating findings to service advisors to support guest authorization

• Execute repairs to factory specifications with speed, accuracy, and zero shortcuts

• Complete repair orders accurately -- documenting all work performed and parts used with precision

• Stay current on technical service bulletins, software updates, and manufacturer repair procedures

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• 2+ years of flat-rate technician experience in a franchised dealership -- required

• Any brand background considered -- luxury, import, and domestic experience all valued across our portfolio

• Strong diagnostic ability and a low comeback rate

• ASE certifications a strong plus -- OEM factory certifications highly valued

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
