Alaska Premier Auctions & Appraisals (APAA) is seeking a diligent Inventory Loadout Coordinator in Anchorage. You will prepare orders, maintain accurate inventory records, and optimize warehouse space while adhering to safety standards.

If you are organized, detail-oriented, and capable of independent work in a fast-paced team, this hourly, full-time role offers growth and stability. The position emphasizes precise handling of all items, collaboration across departments, and ongoing commitment

Qualifications

• Ability to receive, verify, and store consigned inventory accurately.
• Experience with boxing or containerizing inventory for sellers.
• Proficient in Google Workspace and basic inventory systems.
• Valid Alaska driver’s license and ability to pass background checks.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup as scheduled.
• Maintain inventory tracking to ensure safe, organized storage.
• Optimize warehouse space while prioritizing safety and care of items.
• Follow policies for storing special items like combustibles, firearms, jewelry, and metals.
• Move materials within the warehouse using forklifts or carts.
• Keep loadout bay and storage areas clean and free of debris.
• Communicate with supervisors and coworkers effectively.
• Report inventory discrepancies or damage immediately.
• Ensure items marked for shipping are transferred to shipping.
• Perform other duties and projects as assigned.
