Job summary

Gr8ttek is seeking a regular Field Specialist to join its Infrastructure Delivery team in Anchorage. You will perform hardware-focused, break-fix services on client products under supervision, with a focus on troubleshooting and repair at basic to moderately complex levels.

The role requires driving to client locations, handling service calls, and maintaining asset control and inventory. Dell/Lenovo certification training is provided to support growth and success in this field.

Qualifications

• Technical school certification or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience.
• Ability to drive to client locations.
• Own a basic repair tool kit.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Lift and/or move equipment up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Providing customer break fix support for designated equipment
• Communicating clearly in written and verbal form
• Possess excellent customer service skills
• Accepting and delivery of all service calls assigned
• Completing all administrative tasks associated with each call
• Responsible for control and return of assets and inventory
• Other duties may be assigned to meet business needs
• May provide functional guidance to colleagues
