Delta Western seeks a Customer Service Representative to join our Anchorage team. You will respond to customer inquiries, process orders, schedule deliveries, and coordinate with dispatch to ensure timely fuel delivery. The role requires up to 20% travel per month and supports a fast-paced logistics environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required; bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
• Experience in customer service, logistics, or related industry is beneficial.
• Proficiency with computer use and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound customer calls, emails, and inquiries regarding fuel delivery.
• Process customer orders, schedule deliveries, and monitor status.
• Coordinate with dispatch to arrange fuel deliveries and resolve delays.
• Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies and service issues.
• Maintain accurate customer records and generate reports on service performance.
