Job summary

Delta Western LLC is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our Anchorage team, supporting the Bethel location on-site in Anchorage, AK. You will handle customer inquiries, process orders, and coordinate with dispatch to ensure timely fuel deliveries in a fast-paced logistics setting.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, with preference for a bachelor’s degree, and experience in customer service or logistics.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required; a Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required.
• Experience in customer service, logistics, or related industry is beneficial; fuel distribution experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound customer calls, emails, and inquiries about fuel delivery.
• Process customer orders; schedule deliveries and monitor order status.
• Coordinate with dispatch teams to arrange deliveries and address delays.
• Investigate and resolve issues related to shortages, delays, or billing.
• Maintain accurate customer records and billing information in the system.
• Assist with payments and resolve billing discrepancies as needed.
• Upsell or cross-sell related services or products where applicable.
• Ensure transactions comply with safety regulations and company policies.
• Generate reports on customer satisfaction and service efficiency.
