Job summary

Sonora Quest Laboratories Corporate in Phoenix, AZ seeks an Anatomic Pathology Lab Technologist to receive, prepare, and process pathology specimens and perform waived to moderately complex tests under CLIA guidelines.

The role supports the Anatomic Pathology-Ref Lab, assists in training staff, and helps maintain quality control systems while ensuring accurate reporting and timely workflow.

Qualifications

• Requires an Associate's degree or Bachelor’s with Anatomic Pathology certification documentation within 6 months of hire.
• Must have highly developed interpersonal and communication skills.
• Eligible for ASCP HT registry (HT) or HT registry already.”

Responsibilities

• Receives, examines, and processes Pathology specimens.
• Performs waived and moderately complex tests as defined by CLIA ’88.
• Supports the histology section operations and daily workflow.
• Assists in training new employees and maintaining QC/QA systems.
• Maintains a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
